Hello there,
We are really excited to announce a new version of Notion Reactions launching today.
The ability to collect “Written Feedback” has been one of the most requested features from all of you and today it’s finally here.
Why it matters? Well, even though you can enable comments on your Notion page, your users will be forced to create a Notion account. With this new functionality, you’ll be able to see the email of the user who left the comment if you need to take any action.
Now, you will be able to collect user’s feedback in a frictionless way.
Let’s take a look at how it works:
1. YOUR CHOICE
We understand that you might not want to collect written feedback. Therefore, you can always enable/disable the feature per widget directly on your dashboard. By default all widgets have been enabled for comments. So, if you want to disable feel, free to visit your dashboard.
2. REACTION + FEEDBACK = IMPROVEMENT
Users will be prompt to leave an “optional” feedback after reacting to one of your Notion pages. The perfect combination to understand more about them and improve your Notion pages.
3. RECENT FEEDBACK
You can read in real time all your feedbacks in one place. We truly believe that feedback is a gift so we hope you can learn more about your users and take better and smarter decisions.
4. EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
We know how important is for you to reply and take any action to any of your feedbacks. Therefore, you will receive an email notification every time a new feedback has been submitted.
FREE: 3 USER’S FEEDBACK PER WIDGET
The first 3 feedbacks per widget are for free after that you still will be able to collect feedback but you wont be able to read it until you upgrade your account to the pro membership. It’s only $3.99 USD per month and you will get these other benefits:
✅ Unlimited blocks
✅ Unlimited feedbacks
✅ Custom emojis for custom feedback
✅ Remove powered by link under each block
✅ Free updates forever
✅ Analytics about visitors and reactions
✅ Twitter support
That is it for today, thank you for using Notion Reactions, and as always, if you have any feedback or want to suggest a feature, reach out to me in Twitter @mackeyvazquez.
